When you place an order with us, we provide you with helpful resources to prepare, including our carefully crafted list of timeless questions that you can choose from. Once you're ready, we'll connect you with one of our friendly certified teams in your area to schedule a convenient time and location for the recording session.
Our experienced teams will guide your loved one through the process, making them feel comfortable and at ease. The recording session typically takes between 1-3 hours. Once the recording is complete, our expert editors will carefully craft the footage into a beautiful memoir that your family will treasure for years to come.
Step 2. Save It.
After your loved one's memoir is expertly edited, you can celebrate their unique story by downloading the final product through a secure digital link that we provide with your included 1 month of Remoir cloud storage. Our team estimates that editing typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time of recording, so you can expect a prompt turnaround.
For those who would like to preserve their loved one's memoir in physical form, we offer an affordable 1TB Remoir Memory Drive at checkout. This drive includes the 4K footage and audio, as well as the edited high-resolution file, providing a tangible way to store and share their story. In addition, we offer cloud storage for your edited footage that you can access at any time for added convenience.

Once the editing process is complete, you'll be given access to a secure and user-friendly cloud link that you can share with family and friends. This link makes it easy for your loved ones to download the edited footage and enjoy the memoir at their leisure.

Time
After initial down payment our team will send you all of the documentation you’ll need to start preparing their memoir. Your privacy and rights are a big priority for us, so we’ll ask you to carefully review and sign off on our legal documents stating how you want us to handle their memoir. Filling out your answers to the list of questions we give you will be important to prepare for recording. Coordinate with our local video team on a day that works to record. Expect recording to take 1-3 hours. Edited in 2-3 weeks from recording day.
